With over 25 years of Creative Branding and Marketing experience, Mark DeMott’s vantage point is to offer brands a 360 degree view. Working with both agencies and brands directly, Mark determines goals for given projects across business, marketing, merchandising, and technology teams, delivering the most exciting creative, customer-focused content and brand experiences. This includes brand positioning, website development, social expressions, advertising, direct mail, events, store design, and more. He can work across a brand or on specific projects.

Mark has worked with titans in the field including Mickey Drexler, Jenna Lyons, and Martha Stewart. His last role was as EVP & Brand Creative Director of J Crew, overseeing all the creative direction, content creation, and store design for J.Crew and J.Crew Factory for over a decade. Previously, he oversaw Madewell.

He has managed a staff of up to 110 full-time people with a 20 million dollar budget, as well as working with freelance teams to reach creative and business goals.

He believes in celebrating the human spirit and expressing beauty through the many forms it takes. Through this approach, Mark has and continues to move brands forward.
